Hi I’m Clive Birch

If you are looking for a business coach who has made a million pounds and has a yacht in the Mediterranean, then keep searching.

But if you a looking for a coach who has forty years of career experience including working in middle management in a fast changing blue chip company,  director of a web design agency, franchise owner and executive director of a global network marketing company and someone who continues to chase a dream then keep reading.

What makes me tick is being able to make a difference. Over thirty years ago I used to get great satisfaction in seeing people join my team, develop and progress and now I get the same satisfaction from helping businesses   do exactly the same. As you browse this site you will see the areas of business management that I can help with.

I am a doer by nature, so I won’t write a report for you that results in nothing being achieved but instead I will talk to you about your business and with your help look to identify opportunities for improvement. Then we will pick one initiative and I’ll work with you to implement the change and realise the benefits of the improvement.

A Hampton in Middlesex.

Q Where do you live?

A In Devon since 1981.

Q Are you married?

A Yes for the second time.

Q Do you have any children?

A 4 daughters from my first marriage and 3 step daughters.

Q What are you hobbies?

A Photography, DIY, spending quality time with my wife, playing football & badminton and travel.

Q Who have you worked for during your career?

A Gramophile (Record shop.)

A Hard working, a team player, fair minded, mild mannered, a family man, friendly.

Q What is your USP?

A I have always enjoyed learning and found the various business models fascinating. Fascinating because I found it quite incredible to see how such theoretical analysis could be applied to business of all types, sizes and sectors. But my challenge was not to become a purist but to see how these theories could be applied practically to a business to gain improvement by putting the business first, not the model.
